We will endeavor to provide accurate details on candidates in terms of their qualifications and experience, which we record. However, this is based on information they supply to us. No responsibility can be accepted for errors or omissions, or incorrect conclusions. It is you, the client, who will make the final recruitment decision. When you interview them you must satisfy yourself as to their capability, integrity and suitability for the job specification, including qualifications. We ask candidates about their general state of health but do not carry out medical examinations, which are our clients' responsibility. You should immediately notify IT Career International if the candidates introduced to your organization by us are offered employment with your company. By agreeing to engage a candidate introduced by us to the position in question, or any other position, within a 12-month period from the date of first interview, then you agree to be bound by these Terms of Business and will be liable for the appropriate fee.
All information supplied to your company is provided on a strictly confidential basis and may not be disclosed to a third party without our consent. If your company passes on details of a candidate who is introduced to you by us and a third party of company hires that candidate, then your organization will be liable for a fee just as if you had hired that candidate yourself.
IT Career International will not be liable to the Client for any loss(es) due to consequential loss(es) or any claim(s) by third party(ies) that may arise from an appointment of candidate introduced by IT Career International. It is expressly agreed that IT Career International acts as the Clients independent contractor and the Client will be fully responsible for all acts and omissions of candidates recruited through IT Career International. IT Career International will not be liable for any loss(es) or damage(s) arising from the acts and omissions (wrongful or otherwise) of candidates recruited through IT Career International.
Where possible, we undertake to obtain and take up references from past employers in respect of the candidates applying for permanent positions. While we endeavor to select candidates who are suitable for your needs, we cannot accept liability on behalf of ourselves, our servants or agents for any loss or damage, or other costs irrespective of how they are caused, which you may suffer or for which you may become liable arising out of, or in connection with the introduction of the candidate to your company, or the candidate's subsequent employment with your company.
We guarantee all Ad Search and Executive Search appointments for three months from the date of commencement. This guarantee means that if you are not satisfied with the placement and we are notified within the guarantee period, we will endeavor to find a replacement candidate for that position without charging additional fees, provided all fees have been paid before due. Any additional costs and other out-of-pocket expenses such as advertising are not included in this replacement guarantee. Where the remuneration package of the second candidate differs from the first the final invoice will be adjusted where appropriate. This replacement guarantee is not applicable when the candidate is retrenched due to a downturn in business, closure of business, or company take-over.
No variation to our guarantee or fee structure is valid unless confirmed in writing by a director of IT Career International.
