Job Nature
 
  • Reporting to the general manager, you will be assigned with a dedicated territory and have to develop a new client base. You will have to search, screen and interview suitable candidates to fulfill job assignments. On the other hand, you will also be responsible for maintaining the client and candidate database and to assist in our marketing activities.
  • 110% commitment will be required to become a successful executive recruiter. A revenue target will be worked out by you and the company which will depend on your effort and capability. You will eventually move up to become one of our associate partners responsible for the P/L of our operation and may require to manage a group of consultants.
 
 Requirement
 
  • Aggressive, self-starting, out-going, mature, presentable and caring for others are only the basic characteristics you must have. Most importantly, you must have a strong desire to develop a lifetime career based on personal network.
  • You must have a strong sales track record in at least one of the IT related industries, preferably with previous headhunting experience. You must be familiar with who’s who in your responsible area or have a personal network with top human resources personnel in your target companies. As you will have constant contact with top executives in your target area, a sound knowledge in the history, current affairs and trend in that area is a must.
  • You must be Cantonese speaking with good spoken English; Mandarin will be an advantage. Excellent written English will be required since your daily correspondence will be 99% in English. As cold calls will be one of your daily activities to expand your personal network, your telephone skill will be extremely important. You must also be familiar with common PC based applications software especially MS Office for Win98, internet and email software.
