Design the sales quota target and commissioning system, monitor the implementation of the system, Provide revenue analysis and commission accounting. Backend operation support of the incentive compensation system, monitor quota and revenue integrity, Ensure the compliance of the system to the business rules.       Requirement At least 7 years experience in financial business analyst and must related to the sales compensation area. Working in multinational vendor environment and have experience in designing and implementing the commission and compensation plan for sales and other business divisions.
