Define high level solution architecture, evaluating technological components, documenting specifications, and communicating implementation guidelines and methodologies. Conduct presentation and solution demonstration, prepare tendering documents, lead and manage projects.       Requirement Degree holder in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or equivalent Min. 7 years of experience in telecommunication with solid experience in mobile application service platform for GSM/GPRS/UMTS/Wi-Fi in J2EE and .Net framework, BSS, OSS and network elements. Familiar with various VAS platforms.
